I'll prompt you on different actions to start and loosen you up, but then everything usually comes natural after that. If not I've got some sneaky little activities up my sleeve.

Your little ones aren't going to sit there and pose for a photo (if they do, man you've done well!) hell, if I told you to just sit there you'd be as ridged as a piece of timber. Not happening on my watch, I'll get you to fling your partner back and forth, throw your kids in the air (safely of course) and get your little ones to run circles around you.
