the face behind Empower Sweetly!
Who am I? I’m a bouldering-enthusiast, 4WD-loving, photo-snapping girl from North-West Sydney. I'm a pet parent to my two floofers Loki (kitty) and Ziggy (pupperino, he's a border collie), I have an incredibly supportive partner David, and I love nothing more than spending time with him and our floofers and having a good laugh!
I’ve always had a passion for Photography. When I was younger, I was constantly found snapping away with my parents' cameras while travelling Australia and overseas and at any other family event where I could get my hands on a camera.
I also have a passion for being a hype girl. I love boosting those around me, making jokes and saying outrageous things to put a smile on others’ faces, especially those I am photographing. Half the time I don't even know what I’m saying it comes so naturally!
And with that, Empower Sweetly was born!
What sets me apart.
My mission with Empower Sweetly is to empower you, your partner and/or your family whilst capturing those sweet little moments in life. I strive to capture you and your authentic, powerful selves throughout the session. My goal is to help you not only reminisce, but discover a new sense of self and family bond.
What sets me apart from the rest is how I run my sessions! First and foremost, I am here to guide you. I mostly just provide you with prompts that will encourage you to be our authentic selves. I'll give you tasks, games, actions and tell jokes to loosen you up and to garner those genuine reactions and moments of love. Secondly, I am here to support you in the different parts of your journey, no matter where you are at! Whether for Self-empowerment through a Maternity shoot, celebrating the birth of your little one/s and all of their milestones, as well as your joy and self-discovery through parenthood for you AND your partner. No one is left behind. Whatever it may be, I am here!
